It is playing at Club Golf d’Aro – Mas Nou, located in the natural park Gavarres between the towns of Santa Cristina d’Aro and Castell-Platja d’Aro, which provides the golfer multiple sensations during his tour of 6,218 m length:
The views over 300m above sea level are amazing, the player can see the sea in virtually every hole. Two artificial lakes on holes 2 and 15 , 2,600 meters long.

1990 “Open PGA Martini” Showcasing the following professional golfers: Joan Anglada, Fernando Roca, Miguel A. Jimenez, Jose M. Carriles with winner Santiago Luna.
1992 “Open Catalonia” Showcasing the following professional golfers: Jose M. Olazabal, Jose M. Canizares, Sam Torrance, Darren Clarke, Jesper Parnevick, J. Van de Velde,, M. Sunesson with winner José Rivero.
2006 “Catalonia Ladies Master” Ladies European Tour. Featuring 28 professional players from the European Top 30, including seven Spanish professional players: Tania Elosegui, Elisa Serramia, Ana Belen Sanchez, Marta Prieto, Laura Cabanillas, Carmen Alonso and Marina Arruti. Professional player Anna Rawson from Australia was notable for bringing a touch of fashion to the tournament. The winner, from France, was Gladys Nocera.
2015 “U18 International Spanish Championship – Stroke Play”, scoring for the R & A World Amateur Golf Ranking test. The Nordics took the lead clinching the top 3 positions, with Swedish number 1 FRANCES ALEXANDER GEORGE, well worth mentioning was the Danish VICTOR BJORLOW in 2nd place who completed the course with a recordbreaking sccore of 63 shots. Highlighting as well, the Danish victory in the Cup of Nations.
